Safar discuss with UNDP representative agricultural projects executed in Syria
DAMASCUS, (SANA ) _ Minister of Agriculture and Agrarian Reform Dr. Adel Safar reviewed Monday with Resident Representative of United Nations Development Program (UNDP) Ismaeil Oeld al-Sheikh Ahmad the agricultural projects executed in Syria in cooperation with the program and projects proposed to be implemented in future.
Safar spoke about role of UNDP efforts, which contributed in developing agriculture and improving the conditions of workers in the agricultural sector through successful agricultural projects, expressing readiness to develop cooperation with United Nations organizations and executing new projects.
The Representative of the program noted to the existing cooperation between the Ministry of Agriculture and the program that yielded successful projects, underlining the program readiness to boost cooperation and implement new projects.
